We cover the globe by handing over between our different regional operations centers for full-service support. Our customer service staff is backed-up by a fully integrated customer support system, where all customer requests are documented and processed, independent of if a request comes in via telephone, email or online. This allows us to better, and in a more timely manner, manage all requests, independent of time zone, and thereby provide the best customer service across the world.

True 24/7 customer service

e世博线上 offers true customer service 24 hours a day, throughout the year, to all customers over the world. During weekdays, e世博线上 assists with all types of services, ranging from questions about ongoing orders and invoices to more detailed operational questions regarding dry ice calculation, load optimization, technical support and container functionality.

During weekends and holidays, customer service focuses on technical support. The technical support will, for example, be able to help a customer that, for some reason, is unable to use the online booking platform to make changes. They will also be able to help trouble-shoot and, in the unlikely event, provide a replacement unit.
